      About ARU and CMRS

ARU and CMRS Formation Programs run by the religious in Uganda and Zimbabwe respectively focus on empowering religious formators, spiritual directors, and stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to foster strong religious identities and psychosocial well-being. Through storytelling, and digital resources, they share transformative insights and best practices from over 100 formators and 500 spiritual directors trained across Uganda and Zimbabwe Formation of Formator Centres (ARU and CMRS).

By addressing key challenges, promoting sustainability, and engaging with future trends, they aim to build a robust foundation for ongoing formation and spiritual growth.

LCMC’s Role in the Information Dissemination

LCMC is partnering with the Association of Religious in Uganda (ARU) and the Conference of Major Superiors (CMRS) in Zimbabwe as their Communications consultancy. We look forward to producing and disseminating the success stories as well as lessons learnt from the two formation centres in Uganda and Zimbabwe in order to promote replication of the best practices by other religious and clergy across the globe.

Join us in this journey telling inspiring stories to adapt to today’s formation of our young ones
