About ARU and CMRS
ARU and CMRS Formation Programs run by the religious in Uganda and Zimbabwe respectively focus on empowering religious formators, spiritual directors, and stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to foster strong religious identities and psychosocial well-being. Through storytelling, and digital resources, they share transformative insights and best practices from over 100 formators and 500 spiritual directors trained across Uganda and Zimbabwe Formation of Formator Centres (ARU and CMRS).
By addressing key challenges, promoting sustainability, and engaging with future trends, they aim to build a robust foundation for ongoing formation and spiritual growth.

LCMC’s Role in the Information Dissemination
LCMC partnernered with the Association of Religious in Uganda (ARU) and the Conference of Major Superiors (CMRS) in Zimbabwe as their Communications consultancy. We engaged in production and dissemination of success stories as well as lessons learnt by the beneficiaries (formators and spiritual guides) from the two formation centres - ARU in Uganda and CMRS Zimbabwe. This was in a bid to promote replication of the best practices by other religious and clergy across the globe. This exercise was a great success and you can watch the stories via aruformation or cmrszimbabwe on TikTok or YouTube.
Do you need support in telling the untold stories? Reach out to LCMC and we shall be happy to serve your communications consultancy needs.
